Tampa, FL (April 9th) – A traffic collision occurred on the Interstate 275 exit ramp to Roosevelt Boulevard on the night of April 9th. One man, George Patrick Dunne, was killed in the incident.
Dunne was a 37-year-old man from Palmetto. He was the driver of a 2006 Ford Ranger, traveling north on the I-275 exit ramp to Roosevelt Boulevard. Dunne lost control of the vehicle and it began to pivot. The vehicle hit a guardrail and Dunne was ejected from the car. Troopers reported that Dunne was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, which was around 8:45 p.m.
